margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; cursor: pointer; width: 200px; height: 150px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_c9lOUJ0z58o/TUAm5EO5mYI/AAAAAAAABIo/SrcqGKb7p9g/s200/Image337.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5566491901260568962" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hmmm..da lama tak update this blog..this time i'm not talkin' about my family recipes but..about kinda dishes tht kakak (my daughter) have served and prepared for me..hihihi..she was 15 but so rarely helpin' me in the kitchen..so many reasons given..a lot of homework, too tired, not interested..and bla..bla..bla..but this time I dun care..whether u like it or not u have to do..okay.. i was forced her to cook..furthermore papa was not at home sooo..can cook anything u like..the simplest one also will do no 'harm'..haha..ok let's see wht kakak has prepared..not bad in taste!!..kakak memang pandaii...nxt time can cook for papa too...the above dishes were normally taken with rice as Malay people in Malaysia&lt;br /&gt;use to eat rice with a few dishes..normally hot and spicy dishes and accompanied by vegies, fried fish (any kind of fishes) in this case i like very much salted fish..heheh..it's something like appetiser for me..let's have 'tour' with dishes that kakak has prepared...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;below is hot and spicy prawn..really hot!..normally we use onion, garlic, dried chilies paste and a bit prawn paste (belacan so called in Malay) we will pound them or blend but we normally just pound them and mix with the dried chilies paste at the later stage so called as 'mixtures'@sambal..once everything ready..just pour an oil in the pan, wait until the oil hot and start to cook..put the mixtures let it mix well for about 2 mins..then put the prawn and mix them well for about 3 mins..put a pinch of sugar, salt and a bit chicken cube..hahaha it's ready to eat while still hot..b careful if u dun like a hot n spicy dishes..stand by with ur warm water or cool chinese tea..ya..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_c9lOUJ0z58o/TUAniMIo8JI/AAAAAAAABIw/5CpoSvaWCMY/s1600/Image332.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="float: left;                            &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;next  a very simple deep fried fish with soy souce...normally suitable to those who dun like hot dish or especially kids..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I like to use 'kembong' fish but you can use any fish, suitable for fish which is have more flesh like stingray, mackerel ..this is the simplest but simply yummy..let's fry the fish until it deep fried onion, chillies 2 or 3 , garlics, once you have cut them off just fry them with a small amount of oil. mix them well then put soy sauce and oyster sauce if you like and a bit tamarind past (just 1cm enuf) 'throw' your fish to the mixture mix well then..taste it..just to check the sweetness, salty n sour..ahaa..it's ready..so easy right..it's suitable for teenagers who just start to cook or during our lazy n lazy time..heheh..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_c9lOUJ0z58o/TUAtPS6cznI/AAAAAAAABI4/pQcMSq5DaqY/s1600/Image335.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="float: left; besar just chopped pun okay..&lt;br /&gt;chicken meatball 10 biji or more..&lt;br /&gt;blended dried chilies 1 cup or if u wanna make it hot put a lil bit more..&lt;br /&gt;1 biji besar carrot chopped dadu &amp;amp; kacang pea if u like..&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup of oil&lt;br /&gt;6 cups of water&lt;br /&gt;1 bungkus spaghetti&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jom goreng!!..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;masuk cooking oil and goreng bwng putih &amp;amp; ikn bilis knor secukup rasa..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;jom kita mulakan projek..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;tumbuk bawang putih + bawang besar sampai lumat atau hancur pun ok..&lt;br /&gt;masukkan belacan dan tumbuk&lt;br /&gt;masukkan cili kisar dan gaulkan biar mesra..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;next...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;letak kuali atau periuk kecik atas dapur&lt;br /&gt;masukkan minyak masak utk menumis..&lt;br /&gt;masukkan cmpuran cili, bwg dan belacan yg telah ditumbuk tadi&lt;br /&gt;kacau2 sampai tumisan cili agak kering...&lt;br /&gt;masukkan air asam jawa (1/2 cwn) rasakan garam (1 cmca teh)&amp;amp; gula (2 sudu besar).&lt;br /&gt;kacau2 sampai mesra dan mendidih..&lt;br /&gt;masukkan udang dan petai tmbah ikan bilis knor 1/2 kiub jer..jgn byk2..&lt;br /&gt;masukkan hirisan bawang besar tadi (jika suka)&lt;br /&gt;kacau2 smpai udang agak masak...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ingat aban!!!..kalau nak udang lembut dan manis..jgn lama2 atas dapur..nanti udang keras tak sdap..sebab tu mama masukkan udang last skali..ada paham??...bila isi udang nmpak putih dah masak ler tuu..haaah..angkat!..boleh lah aban makan dgn nasi panas. Balik2kan dan suaikan rasa garam, sdikit gula (1/2 sudu kecil) hingga sbati. bila dh msak boleh lah diangkat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Utk Ayam Goreng rangup:&lt;br /&gt;Ayam 2 ketul&lt;br /&gt;telor 1 bji&lt;br /&gt;1biji bwg putih (kisar/tumbk halus)&lt;br /&gt;tepong beras 2 sudu bsr + tepong jagung 1 sudu bsr(nisbah 2:1)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara2nya:&lt;br /&gt;perap aym dgn bwng putih + sdikit garam &amp;amp; &lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Nak buat rendang ni memang cerewet dan remeh, ttpi bagi pengemar rendang spt saya semuanya mudah saja..yg nih resepi rendang ibu saya..memang menjilat jari...ramai yg puji sedaaap...jom cuba..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan2nya&lt;br /&gt;-1 kilo daging (kambing/ayam ikut suka)&lt;br /&gt;-santan 3 cawan&lt;br /&gt;-kerisik 2 sudu besar&lt;br /&gt;bahan kisar:&lt;br /&gt;-bawang putih 10 dan merah 15 ulas.&lt;br /&gt;-serai 3 btg&lt;br /&gt;-halia 2 inci&lt;br /&gt;-lengkuas 2 inci&lt;br /&gt;-kunyit 1 inci&lt;br /&gt;-ketumbah 4 camca teh&lt;br /&gt;-jintan kecil 2 camca teh&lt;br /&gt;-buah keras 5 biji&lt;br /&gt;-buah pala 1 biji&lt;br /&gt;-cili kering kisar 5 sudu besar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara menyediakan:&lt;br /&gt;-Masukkan minyak utk menumis bawang putih dan merah terlebih dahulu bila dah naik bau masukkan pula bahan kisar diatas kacau2 sehingga naik bau. Masukkan daging dan kacau, masukkan juga garam secukup rasa dan biarkan ia sehingga empuk (jaga api agar daging tidak berkerak dan hangus).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Bila daging telah empuk masukkan santan ,kerisik dan kiub daging knor kacau sekali lagi suaikan rasa (tambah sedikit gula jika suka utk rasa pedas, lemak dan sedikit manis). Bila rendang telah kering bolehlah diangkat..bagi yg suka daun kunyit, hiris2 dan tabur semasa masukkan santan tadi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Rasa rendang biasanya berlainan bergantung kepada cara mana kita menggunakan samada dapur kayu, letrik, gas atau minyak tanah. Kalau nak rasa 'real' biasanya guna dapur kayu dan kuali besi (hitam)..&lt;br /&gt;**utk masak rendang darat tidak perlu menumis, sekadar masukkan semua bahan kisar dan daging masuk sedikit air, garam dan biarkan ia empuk, bila daging telah cukup empuk masukkan kerisik dan santan kacau dan suaikan rasa.&lt;br /&gt;**Utk mempercepatkan daging agar cepat empuk masukkan sudu ke dalam periuk setelah daging dimasukkan tadi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Rendang Enak Cik Kam akan nampak kemerah2an bila telah masak. Tumis bawang putih dgn sedikit minyak hingga naik bau.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan hirisan ayam/udang segar tumis hingga masak. Masukkan sayur yg telah disiang dan dipotong kecil (saiz ikut suka). masukkan sedikit garam dan angkat (goreng separuh masak sahaja).&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan makaroni yg telah direbus dalam dulang pembakar/bekas pyrex (yg tahan panas), masukkan campuran ayam/udang dan sayur tadi. Tuang krim sup ayam/cendawan (agak2 separuh dari isi makaroni jika utk lebih basah) dan taburkan sedikit lada hitam dan cheese diatas makaroni tadi.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bakar pada suhu sederhana selama 15 ke 20 min.
