Hmmm..da lama tak update this blog..this time i'm not talkin' about my family recipes but..about kinda dishes tht kakak (my daughter) have served and prepared for me..hihihi..she was 15 but so rarely helpin' me in the kitchen..so many reasons given..a lot of homework, too tired, not interested..and bla..bla..bla..but this time I dun care..whether u like it or not u have to do..okay.. i was forced her to cook..furthermore papa was not at home sooo..can cook anything u like..the simplest one also will do no 'harm'..haha..ok let's see wht kakak has prepared..not bad in taste!!..kakak memang pandaii...nxt time can cook for papa too...the above dishes were normally taken with rice as Malay people in Malaysia
use to eat rice with a few dishes..normally hot and spicy dishes and accompanied by vegies, fried fish (any kind of fishes) in this case i like very much salted fish..heheh..it's something like appetiser for me..let's have 'tour' with dishes that kakak has prepared...

below is hot and spicy prawn..really hot!..normally we use onion, garlic, dried chilies paste and a bit prawn paste (belacan so called in Malay) we will pound them or blend but we normally just pound them and mix with the dried chilies paste at the later stage so called as 'mixtures'@sambal..once everything ready..just pour an oil in the pan, wait until the oil hot and start to cook..put the mixtures let it mix well for about 2 mins..then put the prawn and mix them well for about 3 mins..put a pinch of sugar, salt and a bit chicken cube..hahaha it's ready to eat while still hot..b careful if u dun like a hot n spicy dishes..stand by with ur warm water or cool chinese tea..ya..



next a very simple deep fried fish with soy souce...normally suitable to those who dun like hot dish or especially kids..





I like to use 'kembong' fish but you can use any fish, suitable for fish which is have more flesh like stingray, mackerel ..this is the simplest but simply yummy..let's fry the fish until it deep fried onion, chillies 2 or 3 , garlics, once you have cut them off just fry them with a small amount of oil. mix them well then put soy sauce and oyster sauce if you like and a bit tamarind past (just 1cm enuf) 'throw' your fish to the mixture mix well then..taste it..just to check the sweetness, salty n sour..ahaa..it's ready..so easy right..it's suitable for teenagers who just start to cook or during our lazy n lazy time..heheh..

i think for mix vegies need not to talk about since it is so simple..just chop an onion, garlic and put shrimp for taste..vegies you can use cabbage + sprout or long beans..put small amount of oil in the fan..fry onion, garlic n shrimp together, mix well..put the vegies..taste as u wish..pinch of salt n shrimp cube for taste mix them well for abt 4 mins.. ..wallah...simple right..so simple..







hahah..this were the simple dishes tht my daughter had prepared for me..she was proud at that time..and me?..happy too..since after this I will not too worry to leave her at home with her 2 brothers..they will no more hungry like before..now she is 17..can cook hot n spicy chicken..hahah..you want to share her recipe..let me interview her first..k..see until next post..!! daaaa...

Hot Bolognise ala Malay kakak punyer..










this is the first bolognise kak ever masak..!! boley dengar laah..hihihi..

Aaaaa..this time mama wanna post bolognise recipe kakak punye..this is the first time kakak try cooking bolognise..do u still remember ke kakak the recipe?..okay lets fresh up ur mind..as kakak likes chick2 so much.. so mama will use chicken laah..

jom start the project!.

Shredded chicken (ada jual kat kdai- Ramly punye sedap) 2 cawan
Tomato crushed (nk buat sndiri) 10 biji besar @puree dlm tin - 1 tin
bwng putih & besar just chopped pun okay..
chicken meatball 10 biji or more..
blended dried chilies 1 cup or if u wanna make it hot put a lil bit more..
1 biji besar carrot chopped dadu & kacang pea if u like..
1/2 cup of oil
6 cups of water
1 bungkus spaghetti

Jom goreng!!..

masuk cooking oil and goreng bwng putih & besar smpai naik bau
campaklah shredded chiken tu..
tomato crushed or the puree
masuk chicken meatball
the chopped carrot and peas
mixed well and tunggu sampai nmpak mcm dah kering dan naik bau..
masukkan air dan tunggu hingga mendidih dan kuah nmpak pekat
jangan lupa msukkan garam, gula dan kiub ayam knorr tuu..secukup rasa..!!


Spaghetti pulak...
masak lah dlm air yg mendidih smpai lembut ..pastikan spaghetti tu tenggelam dalam air..
bila dah masak tos kan spaghetti dan gaul dgn margerin..


a'aaa..dah siap lar tuh..masakkan pling senang dlm dunia..campak2 dan makan..!! mudah kan kak..?!!..you can try as many as you wish...sonang bai tuu...

Murtabak Roti...




Alahaii..setiap pagi pening kepala mama memikir apa breakfast mama nak buat..nasi gorng sudah..mee hoon pon sudah..mee pon sudah..sampai mee kuah dan cantonese mee pon ma buat pagi2 buta..alih2 adik dgn kakak makan roti putih dgn planta dan kaya jek sbb ma dah terlewat bangun..sian..mam tak tau lagi nk masak apa..pagi tu ma, tibe2 terbayang murtabak..hah!..ni dia mama nk buat spesial utk aban, adik n kakak...

Jom start projek!

Roti Gardenia 6 keping (lebih pon tak pe..) potong 4 atau 6...asal snang nak gaul nanti..
Telur 4 biji
cili besar 1 biji hiris serong dan nipis2 yea
bawang besar potong bulat dan nipis gak..
garam skit (ujung sudu kecik)
minyak utk mengoreng 5 sudu jek...

mula2 pecah telur masukkan dlm bekas dan kacau
masukkan cili besar, bawang besar (yg dah dihiris smua tu..)
msuk garam dan gaul lagi..
masukkan roti yg dah dipotong tadi dalam bekas acuan tadi tu dan gaul2 dgn roti sampai lah mesra..
apa lagi panaskan lah kuali tu..hah dah panas msukkan lah roti yg dah digaul dgn telur+bawang+cili besar tadi..goreng smpai kekuningan...hah..okay tak ban?..kakak kalau malas2 pon boley cuba yg ini..selamat mencuba semua..
kalau dah jadi ambik gambar tunjuk kat mama eaak..hahah..gud luck..!!


hahaha..ni gamba ambik dri tepi..bile makan papa kata ' hah boley dengar nie'..kih3....adik pon suke..cicah ngn sos udang tepong..okey kan??...booooleeeh dengar laaah....

Sambal Udang petai Aban..









Alahaiii..lama dah tak post apa2 kt blog resipi nie..dah naik berkulat dah...la nie mama nak post resipi kegemaran aban..nnti bile aban dah besar dan duduk jauh dri mama..boleh lah aban cuba resipi ni..senang je ban, adik pon boleh cuba sama, adik dah pandai goreng telur kan??..rajin2 lah bukak blog mama yea..hahaha..later on mama will post ayam pedas tok mak pulak..dan mee udang banjir sabak bernam..tunggu eaak..ok let's start..ni makan utk 5 org jek..sorang amik 3 ekor je tauu...hehehe...

Bahan2nya

Udang sedang (sekilo RM19/20.00) 15 ekor buang kulit..
petai 10 biji belah dua (pastikan tak de ulat dlm tu..)
belacan besar ibu jari (kalau tak de blacan pon ok jer..)
cili kisar@blend 8 sudu besar
bawang putih 4 ulas
bawang merah (kecil) 5 biji
bawang besar sebiji yg size sedang jer..hiris bulat2.
asam jawa skit je besar jari kelingking (kalau tak suka tak payah)
minyak masak 7 sudu besar (cukup utk menumis-demi kesihatan kurngkan yea)
garam, gula & ikn bilis knor secukup rasa..


jom kita mulakan projek..

tumbuk bawang putih + bawang besar sampai lumat atau hancur pun ok..
masukkan belacan dan tumbuk
masukkan cili kisar dan gaulkan biar mesra..

next...

letak kuali atau periuk kecik atas dapur
masukkan minyak masak utk menumis..
masukkan cmpuran cili, bwg dan belacan yg telah ditumbuk tadi
kacau2 sampai tumisan cili agak kering...
masukkan air asam jawa (1/2 cwn) rasakan garam (1 cmca teh)& gula (2 sudu besar).
kacau2 sampai mesra dan mendidih..
masukkan udang dan petai tmbah ikan bilis knor 1/2 kiub jer..jgn byk2..
masukkan hirisan bawang besar tadi (jika suka)
kacau2 smpai udang agak masak...

ingat aban!!!..kalau nak udang lembut dan manis..jgn lama2 atas dapur..nanti udang keras tak sdap..sebab tu mama masukkan udang last skali..ada paham??...bila isi udang nmpak putih dah masak ler tuu..haaah..angkat!..boleh lah aban makan dgn nasi panas. Jgn lupa goreng ikan..kerisi, tenggiri, kembong pon ok jugak..resepi dah jadi nnti bgi tau mama eaak...selamat memasak ban..!

Tips memasak:
cari cili kering yang keriting - kurang pedasnya.
belacan cari yg warna coklat muda kalau yg pinkish skit tu dia bagi pewarna..
Udang jgn msk lama2 atas kuali panas, hilang rasa manis dan lembutnya..
petai jgn masak lelama atas kuali nnti tak rangup..
seeloknya udang dan petai masukkan last skali dan masukkan sama2 dgn udang..ingat tuh..!

ala ban org jepon mkn udang mentah2 jek..jadi tak de sbb aban msk udang lelama atas dapur tuu..

Nasi goreng ayam rangup

Nasi goreng ayam rangup kegemaran anak lelaki aku. Kalau di sekolah ada 'event' cikgu2 mtk aku mskkan..sdap katanye..hmmm..tak tau lah..rasanya aku msk campak2 jer..jom tngok bhn2nye





Nasi putih (tanak berderai) 1 pinggan;
1 sudu bsr sedikit udang kering (rendam & tumbuk kasar2);
bwng putih 1 bji & merah 3 biji (ditumbuk);
cili kisar 1 sudu (nisbah 1 sudu penuh : 1 pinggan nasi putih);
sdikit kicap (2 sudu bsr) & sos tiram (1/2 sudu bsr);
udang basah 4 ekor (jika suka);
bwng goreng, daun bawng, cili merah & timun utk hiasan.

Cara2nya:
Panaskan sdikit minyak utk mngoreng, msukkan bwng putih & merah hingga naik bau,
masukkan cili kisar kacau sketika, msukkan udang kering (ditumbuk) bila sudh sdikit kering
msukkan sos tiram, kicap, udng basah kacau sketika dan masukkan nasi. Balik2kan dan suaikan rasa garam, sdikit gula (1/2 sudu kecil) hingga sbati. bila dh msak boleh lah diangkat.

Utk Ayam Goreng rangup:
Ayam 2 ketul
telor 1 bji
1biji bwg putih (kisar/tumbk halus)
tepong beras 2 sudu bsr + tepong jagung 1 sudu bsr(nisbah 2:1)

Cara2nya:
perap aym dgn bwng putih + sdikit garam & sos tiram (biar 30 mins) dlm fridge.
tepung beras & jagung digaul dgn 1biji telur.
ambil ayam perap tdi dan celup dlm tepung (pstikan tpung jgn trlalu cair jika trlalu pkat tmbh sdikit air/susu cair).
Goreng garing dlm minyak penuh. bila sudh garing angkat.

Cucur Jagung Berudang

CUCUR JAGUNG BERUDANG

Bahan2:
tepung gandum 2 cawan + 1/2 cwn tepong jagung
udang sederhana 10 ekor potong 3.
jagung asingkan dari tongkolnya (1 biji)
telur 1 biji
daun bawang 1 pkk
bawang besar 1 biji - hiris nipis
kentang 1 biji - potong dadu kecil2.....
Cara2nya
1.msukkan tpong gandum + tpong jgung +telur pukul
2.msukkan air suam 1 cwn + msukkan jagung, kntng, bwng bsar, daun bwg
3. suaikan rasa garam + kiub pati ayam
dah sebati smua boleh lah digoreng. sdap mkn bgitu saja atau cicah sos cili.






pasta sayur campur berkrim
Bahan2:
Brokoli 100 grm
cili benggala 1 biji
kacang peas 7 pcs
kobis cina 50 grm
udang sederhana 6 ekor
daun bawang 2 pkk
susu cair 1/2 cwn
pasta barang segengam - (rebus sehingga masak)
serbuk lada hitam
bwg putih potong kecil2
bwg besar belah 4
mentega 2 sudu

Cara2 memasak:
1. panaskan kuali msukkan mentega, bwg putih, pasta (yg telah direbus) gaul.
bila dh sebati
2.msukkan udang gaul & masukkan sayuran biar (2 mins) seketika.
3. msukkan lada sulah, sdikit garam & susu cair..gaul lagi dan biar dlm 1.5 mins..bila dh nmpak sebati angkat dan hidang..sdap mkn panas2 begitu sahaja..utk mereka yg simple dan nak cpat bolehlah cuba resepi ini..lengkap..jika tidak suka susu boleh diganti dgn 'creme soup' yg ada dijual dipsaraya or kedai2..samada krim sup perisa ayam or original..
